Opening Hours: Our restaurant is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.
Location: The At Schieffelin's Restaurant is located directly on the ranch.
Chef's Choice: Instead of à la carte dining you will have the chef's choice for that particular evening. This different approach will let you enjoy your evening without any interruptions and also ensures that you will have the best and freshest food that is currently in season.
